I love an easy Slow Cooker recipe that others will think you had a lot of time in preparing.  My favorite part of this dish is making easy gravy just before serving.

With just a few ingredients you will have an amazing dinner on the table in a jiffy.  Just before serving I make mashed potatoes to go along with my herb gravy.

The pork chops were done and we were not ready to eat yet.  I went ahead and thickened up the gravy and put it all back in the slow cooker on warm.  It kept perfectly until we were ready to eat.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Herb Gravy

4 pork chops
4 cups water
2 teaspoons chicken broth paste
1 packet dry Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix

Thicken Gravy
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons flour

Dredge pork chops in flour and brown each side in a skillet with butter.  After pork chops are browned on both sides place them in the slow cooker.  Sprinkle dry soup mix over pork chops.  Add the water and chicken broth paste.  Turn slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours or until pork chops are done and tender.

Take pork chops out of slow cooker and keep warm.  Pour the broth into a skillet and heat until bubbly.  While this is heating up, mix together the water and flour.  Once the broth begins to bubble pour the water/flour mixture into the skillet and continue to stir until broth turns to gravy.

Dinner is done and ready to serve however if you are like us and are not ready to eat yet, put the pork chops back into the slow cooker and pour the gravy over them.  Put the slow cooker on warm and it will be ready to eat when you are.  We also make mashed potatoes and have pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy...enjoy!
