Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops


I love freezer desserts in the summer!  These Pudding Pops hit the spot.
One of the best parts of making these pudding pops is they are so easy to make.  It's as easy as making pudding..... LOL ... Really you just make pudding and freeze it.



I have a Popsicle mold that I froze mine in but you could always use paper dixie cups instead.  I also crunched up a few chocolate sandwich cookies and sprinkled them on the bottom of the pudding pops before putting the stick in the mold.

Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops

4.2 ounce box Oreo Cookies and Cream instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
3 chocolate sandwich cookies, optional

Beat pudding and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes.  Pour into Popsicle mold.  Sprinkle bottoms of pudding pops with the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.  Freeze until frozen and enjoy!
