Yum

For tonight's dessert I made a new brownie combination.  I am gearing up for St Patty's day with these mint brownies.  I just love the green icing peeking out from under the chocolate icing.

The brownie has a green mint icing layer sandwiched in between 2 chocolaty layers.  The bottom brownie is soft and moist and the icing is gooey and yummy!  I love mint and chocolate almost as much as peanut butter and chocolate.

I have been seeing Nutella brownies floating around Pinterest lately but I am not a real hazelnut chocolate fan.  While shopping for peanut butter I found this Hershey's Chocolate Spread and decided to give it a try.  This stuff is amazing.  I could spread this on graham crackers or vanilla wafers!

We were lucky the batter made it to the pan and got baked as the batter is as good out of the mixing bowl as the brownie is out of the oven.  These are the best brownies I have ever eaten!

I baked mine in a springform pan so that it would look pretty for St Patty's day but you can always bake them in a different pan.
