Pumpkin Apple Bread with Cream Cheese icing

When we visited the Apple Barn in TN, I saw a loaf of Pumpkin Apple Bread.  Two of my fall favorites... Pumpkin and Apples!

And you can not go wrong with Cream Cheese Icing when it comes to pumpkin.  When I make my regular pumpkin bread I spread cream cheese on my slice before I eat it.

Check out my pretty new Cake Plate.  Thank You Amanda for thinking of me and gifting me with my new Cake Plate!

While I am sharing pictures, Here is a recent picture of Cally on her first day of her Senior Year at Shawnee State University.  Cally has started her student teaching and is loving it!

Mix number one.  Add number 2 alternately with the water.  Beat in the rest if number 3.  Grease and flour loaf pan.  Pour bread mixture into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
